Chuck Lewis has served at Cornerstone for 25 years as the Director of Physical Plant and has been in the senior living industry for 28 years. Chuck graduated from LeadingAge's leadership program and is a true servant leader who advocates for the elders and staff alike. Chuck and his wife, Kristi, share three boys, two daughters-in-law, and two grandsons. While away from work, you'll catch him working on his small farm, traveling, or spending time with his grandsons.

Sydney originally joined the Cornerstone team in 2021 as a Life Enrichment Coordinator. She soon fell in love with MRC's mission and values, but most importantly, she fell in love with the elders. Soon after, she began working towards obtaining her Administrator's License, completing her training in early 2024. Along with this distinction, Sydney has a bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University and a master's degree in healthcare administration from Colorado State. When she isn't at work, she and her husband Andrew can be found traveling, or spending time at the lake, soaking in the sun.

Crystal joined the MRC Cornerstone team in 2016 as a charge nurse and has been promoted over the years to various positions. She now serves our residents as the Director of Nursing. Crystal developed an early interest of taking care of people. She has 26 years of nursing experience in long term care. Crystal gained knowledge in many roles for several years as an LVN. Later in life, she returned to UA Hope/Texarkana, where she earned her RN degree. Crystal is passionate about her job. She loves fulfilling the needs of the elderly and their families.

Crystal was born and raised in Texarkana. She is married, has 3 sons, and 3 grandsons.

Crystal enjoys spending time with family and making memories, when she is not serving our elders.

Ainslee Doggett serves as the Assisted Living Director at MRC Cornerstone. She previously worked as the Unit Charge Nurse for two years before stepping into her leadership role. Ainslee graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2023 as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and is a Certified Eden Associate, dedicated to creating a true home for elders through person-directed care.

She is passionate about supporting both residents and staff while fostering a culture of dignity, compassion, and teamwork. Outside of work, Ainslee enjoys baking and spending quality time with her family.

Carrie has served the eldercare industry in various roles across skilled nursing and rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and independent living.

Through her experiences, she has developed a solid foundation in servant leadership and building relationships with those she serves, as well as, those she serves with.

Most importantly, Carrie is passionate about meeting the needs of elders and being a helpful resource to those seeking solutions and learning about the benefits of living at Cornerstone.

Carrie is married and has three grown children. Carrie and her family enjoy all things outdoors and traveling.

Sofia Rodriguez has worked in various industries that have equipped her with a deep understanding of guiding individuals through major life decisions. With a natural ability to connect with people and understand their needs, Sofia is passionate about helping families find the right senior living solutions. Sofia and her husband have two sets of twins - an adult daughter and son and two middle school boys, as well as one granddaughter. Sofia and her family love the outdoors and exploring new cities.

Ashley joined MRC Cornerstone in 2013 as the Social Worker. She fell in love with working with older adults at her first job after graduating from Southern Arkansas University. Ashley moved back to Texarkana to join the Cornerstone team and has not left since. She obtained her Master's degree from The University of Texas in Arlington in 2018. Ashley has been married to her husband Casey since 2017, was gifted a bonus daughter, Jaycee when she married Casey, and in 2023 daughter Josie joined the family. Ashley's down time is spent making memories with her family and reading.

Lisa Westerman brings fun and joy to residents at MRC Cornerstone. She oversees daily activities and events, all while implementing components of wellness. Lisa loves every resident and truly cares for their success, no matter what level of care. When Lisa is not working she enjoys spending time with friends and her dog Louie.

Autumn joined the MRC Cornerstone team in November 2017. She has worked in healthcare since 2005, most of that being in human resources, but also has experience handling accounts payable and a resident trust fund. Autumn says she truly loves seniors and what she learns from their experiences.  She has two children; Brock and Kaylee. Their family enjoys various adventures, including camping, hiking and traveling to new places.

With over thirty years of experience in long-term care nursing, Debbie has dedicated her entire career to serving the geriatric community—a population that stole her heart from the very first day. Throughout the years, she has had the privilege of working in multiple roles: including sitter, aide, LVN, and RN, gaining a deep understanding of compassionate, patient-centered care at every level. Caring for seniors isn’t just her profession—it’s her calling.

Family is the center of Debbie’s world. She is the proud parent of eight children and the even prouder grandparent of 21 grandchildren, along with one great-grandchild so far—with more blessings on the way. Debbie is happily married and cherishes the beautiful life they have built together.

When her grandchildren graciously allow, Debbie enjoys cruising, reading, fishing, and hunting. She is also a lifelong fan of Scooby-Doo and Legos, proof that caring for others keeps you young at heart.
